Mostbet Pakistan Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Mostbet Pakistan. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Mostbet ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the Mostbet website at mostbet-khelo.net or using any Mostbet product — including the mobile app, casino games, sports and esports betting, Ludo Games, Teen Patti, Baccarat, and all other services offered under the Mostbet brand — you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Mostbet operates under a valid gaming licence and complies with applicable regulations governing online gaming services accessible to Pakistani players. Use of the Mostbet platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is strictly not permitted. It is the player's responsibility to confirm that they are legally permitted to use Mostbet services from their location.

To register and use the Mostbet platform you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Each person is permitted to hold one Mostbet account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered with different names, different phone numbers, or different payment methods — are strictly prohibited. All transactions on the Mostbet platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Mostbet does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals from its end — transaction fees applied by your payment provider (if any) are outside Mostbet's control and are the responsibility of the player.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods on Mostbet currently include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of your request.

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your Mostbet balance within seconds of confirmation. IBFT transfers may take up to 6 business hours depending on your bank. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are normally processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers can take up to 1 business day.

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. First-time withdrawals over Rs 10,000 will require submission of a valid CNIC or passport. Mostbet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if verification is incomplete or if the player's account shows activity that warrants investigation.

Mostbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP Club rewards, tournament prize pools, and special event promotions. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms which will be clearly displayed at the point of claiming.

General bonus rules applicable across all Mostbet promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and over only.
• Each promotion can be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Mostbet accounts making their first qualifying deposit only.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms.
• Mostbet reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

The following rules apply to all sports and esports bets placed on the Mostbet platform. By placing a bet you confirm that you have read and understood these rules.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted once you receive a confirmation from the Mostbet system with a bet reference number. Bets placed during system outages or connectivity errors may not be registered — always check your bet history to confirm placement.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: The minimum bet on Mostbet is Rs 100 per selection. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Odds Changes: Odds displayed are subject to change before your bet is confirmed. You will be notified if odds have changed between selecting and confirming your bet and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled before it begins, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed, bets remain valid if the event is rescheduled within 72 hours; otherwise stakes are returned.
• Live In-Play Betting: In-play bets are subject to brief acceptance delays while odds are calculated. Mostbet is not liable for bets placed on incorrect in-play odds resulting from technical or data feed errors — such bets will be voided.
• Accumulator Bets: If one or more selections in an accumulator are voided, the accumulator is recalculated as if the voided selection was not included. The remaining valid selections stand at their original odds.
• Errors: Mostbet reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from a system or pricing error. Players will be notified promptly and stakes returned in full.

All casino games, card games, Ludo Games, and live dealer games on the Mostbet platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited for statistical fairness. No player, employee, or algorithm can influence or predict RNG outcomes.

The rules specific to each game — including Teen Patti, Baccarat, Ludo, and other card and table games — are displayed within the game interface before play begins. By starting a game you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before wagering real PKR.

• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection mid-round, the round will be completed and the result logged server-side. Players can verify the outcome in their game history.
• If a game cannot be completed due to a technical fault on Mostbet's side, wagers will be returned to the player's balance in full.
• In live dealer games, the dealer's actions are recorded on video. Any disputes regarding live dealer outcomes can be investigated using this recording.
• Mostbet Ludo games use the same RNG certification for all digital dice rolls. No manual intervention of any kind is possible or occurs.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Mostbet platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on Mostbet, or assisting another person to create an account on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using Mostbet for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on Mostbet.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or AI systems to place bets or interact with games on your behalf.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes on Mostbet, including in live poker or Ludo multiplayer formats.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any Mostbet software, content, or intellectual property.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or attempting to use Mostbet to disguise the origin of such funds.
• Using another person's payment method to deposit or withdraw, even with their claimed permission.

Mostbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that these Terms have been breached. Reasonable cause includes but is not limited to any of the prohibited activities listed in Section 8 above.

Players may also request that their own account be closed voluntarily at any time by contacting Mostbet support. Self-closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after applicable verification checks.

If an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email or SMS to their registered contact details. Investigations are typically completed within 5 business days. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and all funds restored with any applicable interest or compensation at Mostbet's discretion.

• Accounts suspended for verified Terms breaches will not be reinstated under any circumstances.
• Balances on suspended fraud accounts are subject to forfeiture after investigation is complete.
• Players who believe their account was suspended in error should contact support@mostbet-khelo.net with supporting documentation.

All content on the Mostbet platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software code, written content, promotional materials, and any other creative work — is the intellectual property of Mostbet or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Mostbet platform for personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Mostbet content without prior written consent from Mostbet.

The "Mostbet" brand name and logo are registered trademarks. Any unauthorised use of the Mostbet name or logo — including in social media accounts, unofficial websites, or third-party promotional materials — is a violation of trademark law and will be pursued accordingly.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from Mostbet at any time. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the minimum period chosen (30 days to permanent).

Mostbet is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from a player making a betting or gaming decision based on incorrect information from a third-party source.
• Indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind.
• Losses resulting from a player's use of the platform in breach of these Terms.

Mostbet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or SMS to their registered contact details at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the meaning of existing provisions — may be made without prior notice.

The most current version of the Mostbet Terms and Conditions is always available at mostbet-khelo.net/terms-conditions and is dated at the top of the document. By continuing to use the Mostbet platform after a Terms update takes effect, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
